My Journey and Philosophy

After years of clinical experience, I’ve come to believe that true health goes beyond quick fixes. It’s about working together to understand your body’s signals and creating a sustainable plan for long-term wellness. Whether you’re struggling with chronic conditions, stress, or looking to optimize your general health, my focus is on guiding you through the process with care and attention to detail.

How I Practice

I practice out of three locations:

• Kenora, at both The Zen Den and Willow Aesthetics
• Dryden, at LAMA Self Care
• Sioux Narrows, where I visit twice a month

In each location, I offer consultative care and focus on treatments like acupuncture, facial acupuncture for rejuvenation, and UVB phototherapy for skin conditions.

I also provide virtual consultations, so you can access my care from the comfort of your home, no matter where you are.

My Areas of Focus 

I offer a broad range of services, but some areas where I have a deep passion include:

• Chronic condition management (digestive health, skin conditions, hormone balancing)
• Acupuncture and Facial Acupuncture (including TMJ release, migraine relief, and cosmetic rejuvenation)
